Huntington Digital Library is a new addition to the Digital Collections page.
The Huntington Library is an independent research library specializing in the fields of British and American history, literature and the history of science spanning the 11th century to the present.
Among the collections of the Huntington Library are 7 million manuscripts, 420,000 rare books, 270,000 general collection books, and 1.3 million photographs, prints, and ephemera.
The Huntington Digital Library represents only a small portion of what the library holds but is an ever-growing collection with new additions being added on a regular basis.
The Digital Library includes Huntington History, Maps, Photographs, Rare Books, Manuscripts, Prints & Ephemera, The Jay T. Last Collection of Graphic Arts and Social History, Architecture, Design & Planning, Southern California Edison Photographs & Negative, Maynard L.
